We facilitate travel-related services, including but not limited to:
Flights, accommodation, tour packages, visa assistance, car hire, and travel insurance
(optional).
We act as an agent for third-party suppliers. Your booking is subject to both our Terms and
those of service providers, which may include additional fees or liability limitations.
3. Booking & Payment
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Until payment is confirmed, pricing and availability are subject to change.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Full payment must be received by the date specified. Late payments may lead to booking
cancellation.
4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing as early as possible.
Fees may apply from both RahalAlQaysar Travel and third-party suppliers.
Refunds are processed according to supplier policies and in line with UAE Consumer
Protection Law (Federal Decree‑Law No.5 of 2023 and Executive Regulation Cabinet
Resolution No.66 of 2023).
Under recent provisions, suppliers must provide spare parts or suitable alternatives within
a specified timeframe (typically 7–30 days), with consumer rights protected in cases of
non-compliance.
5. Liability
We serve solely as an agent and do not provide transportation, accommodation, or other
services directly.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from third
party suppliers.
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent
required by law.
All other liabilities are excluded to the maximum extent permitted under UAE law.
6. Passports, Visas & Travel Requirements
You are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, permits, and other necessary
documentation.
We are not liable for losses or costs resulting from your failure to meet these
requirements.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data
protection principles. It will be used solely for fulfilling your travel arrangements and in
line with UAE Consumer Protection Law obligations.
8. Consumer Rights
Your rights are protected under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree‑Law No.5
of 2023 and Cabinet Resolution No.66 of 2023).
Our Terms do not limit your statutory rights. If you experience a major service failure or
quality issue, you may be entitled to compensation or a refund.

9. External Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
For unresolved consumer complaints, you may escalate to the Dubai Department of
Economy and Tourism (DET) via the Dubai Consumer app, Smart Protection, or their
hotline.
10. Licensing Requirements
RahalAlQaysar Travel is fully licensed under Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce
Marketing (DTCM), as required under Regulation No. 6 of 2006 mandating licensed travel
agencies.
We comply with requirements concerning office space, managerial staffing, and service
standards.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect legal updates or operational changes.
