DAY 1
ARRIVAL TO ALMATY
Welcome to Almaty – City of a thousand colors! After clearing custom & immigration procedures followed by baggage collection, you will be met by your guide in the arrival’s hall.
You will be escorted to your vehicle. Water & refreshing napkins will be served on board your vehicle. The driver will take you to the hotel. Check in. Rest at the hotel.
Day 2
ALMATY CITY TOUR – KOK TOBE HILL

You will discover the rich history and development of Kazakhstan’s southern capital, Almaty, while exploring its key landmarks. The tour includes visits to Republic Square and the Monument of Independence, Astana Square, Abai Square and the Palace of the Republic, the Presidential Park, and the fascinating Museum of Musical Instruments.
A highlight of the day is a trip to Kok Tobe, the highest point in Almaty, located on a hill 1,100 meters above sea level at the southeastern edge of the city. Kok Tobe offers breathtaking panoramic views of Almaty from all directions. The journey to the top is just as scenic, with a cable car ride that departs near Hotel Novotel, passing over some of the city’s oldest neighborhoods and lush fruit orchards.
At the summit, you’ll find the iconic 372-meter-high TV Tower, visible from across the city. Kok Tobe also features a variety of attractions, including restaurants offering a wide range of international cuisines, making it a must-visit spot for both relaxation and sightseeing.18-00 Hotel drop-off
MEDEO SKATING RINK – THE SKI RESORT SHYMBULAK-SHOPPING TOUR

10:00 Your journey begins with a visit to the high-mountain sports complex Medeo — home to the legendary skating rink, famous for its vast artificial ice field. You’ll also see the impressive dam offering breathtaking views, surrounded by steep mountains cloaked in dense coniferous forest. The fresh mountain air, birdsong, bright sunshine, and lush green slopes will create lasting memories and provide stunning photo opportunities in the scenic Medeo Gorge.
Next, you’ll ascend to the renowned Shymbulak ski resort by cable car. From there, continue your ride up to the Big Talgar Pass, where you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the majestic, snow- covered peaks of the Tien Shan mountains — a truly unforgettable alpine experience.
Lunch Shopping tour
If you’re someone who prefers open-air markets over modern malls and enjoys the charm of old-school shopping, then don’t waste a minute—head straight to the Green Bazaar, located near Panfilov Park in Almaty. Also known as Zeleny Bazaar, this lively local market offers everything from fresh meat, spices, and fruits to clothes and household items. You’ll be delighted by its vibrant atmosphere and the abundance of local goods.
Right next door, you’ll find the famous Rakhat Chocolate Shop. “Rakhat,” which means “pleasure” in Kazakh, is one of the oldest chocolate manufacturers in the country, with a history of nearly 70 years. Around 3,500 employees work across two main factories in Almaty and Shymkent. Rakhat also produces diabetic-friendly chocolates and a variety of low-calorie treats such as candies, cookies, and waffles— popular among both locals and tourists.
For a more upscale shopping experience, you can also explore modern shopping centers such as Esentai Mall, Dostyk Plaza, Villa Boutique & Restaurants, and MEGA Alma-Ata. Day 4
DEPARTURE FROM ALMATY
On the final day of your Almaty journey, start with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, savoring your last moments in this vibrant and welcoming city.
After breakfast, you’ll check out, taking with you not just your luggage but a collection of cherished memories.
Our driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby to ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer to the airport. As you head home, take a moment to reflect on the experiences and discoveries that made your time in Almaty truly unforgettable.Safe travels!
