DAY 1 Arrival to Athens and transfer to hotel
Arrival to Athens, a vibrant capital city with a rich history and a blend of ancient and modern
cultures. Athens is known for its iconic landmarks like the Acropolis and Parthenon, but also for its lively
atmosphere, delicious food, and modern infrastructure. Transfer to hotel, free time. We suggest you
Athens by night tour with live folklore show and dinner.
DAY 2 Athens city tour with Acropolis and museum
After breakfast, we will observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city.
We will start with the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in
1896 (short stop).
Will continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in
their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the
memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution
Square (Syntagma).
On the Acropolis, we will visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea,
the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the
monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Final stop, will be the visit to the place where
at last the statues found their home where we will admire the wonders of the classical era: The new
Acropolis museum.

DAY 3 Free day or OPTIONAL Hydra, Poros, and Aegina Day Cruise with Lunch
After breakfast, free day to explore Athens on your own or OPTIONAL Hydra, Poros, and Aegina Day

Explore the Saronic Islands of Poros, Hydra, and Aegina on this day trip from Athens. Cruise over the
azure waters of the Mediterranean sea and have free time on each island. Savor a mouth-watering buffet
lunch as you sail.
After a morning transfer by bus from Athens to the port, hop on board a cruise ship and be invited to one
of its spacious open decks. From the deck, you’ll have a great vantage point for enjoying views of theGreek coast.
The first stop is the island of Poros, the smallest of the 3 islands you’ll visit on the tour. It’s separated
from the Peloponnese by a narrow strait. Have ample time to explore the island and once you’re on
board again you’ll be served a delicious lunch as the ship sail towards Hydra.
Take in the stunning views as you enter the port of Hydra and see the cove that at one time served as a
shelter for pirates. From the open decks, marvel at the dramatic landscapes of this island.
There will be time for you to explore the narrow, stone-paved streets of the island on foot, or by saddled
donkey, which is the traditional mode of transportation. If you choose to go by foot, you can walk along
the old seaside promenade and perhaps stop at some of the small shops.
When you return to the ship, the captain heads for Aegina which is the largest of the 3 islands on the
tour.
DAY 4 Free day or OPTIONAL Delphi Day Tour with Museum & Arachova Village Visit
After breakfast, free day to explore Athens on your own or OPTIONAL Delphi Day Tour with Museum &
Arachova Village Visit. Travel from Athens through the scenic Greek countryside, passing historic regionslike Boeotia, Levadia, and Thebes—land of the mythical King Oedipus.
Upon arrival at the UNESCO-listed Delphi, take in breathtaking views of Mount Parnassus as you explore the
iconic archaeological site with your expert guide. Walk among the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the
theater, the Kastalia Spring, and more, while uncovering the stories behind monuments like the Athenian
Treasury and Stoa.
Visit the Delphi Archaeological Museum to admire its world-famous artifacts, including statues, votive
offerings, and inscriptions that shed light on ancient Greek religion, politics, and daily life.
After exploring Delphi,we will head to the picturesque village of Arachova, perched on the slopes of
Mount Parnassus. Wander through its charming streets, take in the traditional stone architecture and
stunning views, savor a relaxed lunch at a local taverna if you like, and browse the delightful shops for
handcrafted textiles, local cheeses, and other regional specialties. Return to Athens late evening.
DAY 5 Transfer to airport – END OF TOUR
Breakfast at the hotel and free time till your transfer to Athens airport. END OF TOUR
